Hello everyone! It’s been a little while since I’ve posted, I’ve been focussing so much on Blogtober, are you excited? I’m definitely excited! Anyway, I went on a bit of a makeup shopping spree the other day as I had run out of a bunch of products and ended up buying a few brand new things too. So today I thought I’d do a little makeup haul post and show you everything I got!
RCMA No Colour Powder
This is honestly the only powder I ever use anymore. It sets my makeup perfectly, keeps me looking matte for hours and you get so much product for the price! I always debate trying other powders but end up drawn back to RCMA.
Kat Von D Lock It Concealer
Next up I decided to re-purchase the Kat Von D concealer as I absolutely loved it last time! It’s super thick and full coverage and makes a huge difference in brightening my under eye area. I get to work at 8am looking wide awake even while feeling like a zombie inside. You can read my full review here.
NYX Liquid Suede Lipsticks
I have yet to try a NYX liquid lipstick so I was really excited when I came across this set of 3 in TK Maxx. The colours are definitely a little out there but I can’t wait to break out the teal one around Halloween, I already have a look planned around that shade! I haven’t tried these yet but they all swatch really nicely I love the colours.
Again this was another little gem I found lying around in TK Maxx! I own several of the NYX glitters and love them so I couldn’t resist picking these up…just look at that green! Again these are perfect for a Halloween look I have planned so I’m super excited to use them.
Kat Von D 24 Hour Super Brow
I had run out of my beloved Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow and was using the so-called Makeup Revolution dupe which I despised, so I was in desperate need of something new! Since I have never been disappointed with a Kat Von D product I thought I’d give her eyebrow pomade a go. I bought this in the shade ‘Blonde’ which is still very dark for me. I have to say I’ve been impressed so far, it’s a very creamy formula so you don’t need to use a lot to fill in a brow and it lasts for so long!
OPI Black Cherry Chutney
I wasn’t looking for a new nail polish but this colour just spoke to me. It’s the perfect shade for autumn! A beautiful dark berry shade that looks almost brown/black on the nails but when you look closely or when it catches the light you see the burgundy shimmer. I’ve been so obsessed with this colour and obviously the quality of OPI nail polishes is extremely high.
Kat Von D Dagger Tattoo Liner
Lastly, I got the new Kat Von D Dagger Tattoo Liner. Having owned and loved the regular Tattoo Liner I was curious to see if the new angled brush made creating a wing easier. I haven’t used this yet, I’m a little nervous to be honest, doing winged liner is always a little scary, isn’t it? But I believe it’s supposed to be exactly the same formula we all know and love of the original Tattoo Liner so I have quite high hopes for this product.
That’s everything I bought this time round! Do you own any of these products? Let me know in the comments if you’d like to see a full review of anything. Thanks for reading and I shall speak to you all soon!
