Welcome to Blogmas 2019

Blog post

It’s the first of December, the advent calendars have been opened, the smell of hot chocolate is in the air and the festive spirit is here in full force. Those of you who have been following my blog for a while will know this is my favourite time of year and I am very excited to be doing Blogmas for the third year in a row!

I have plenty of fun, festive blog posts lined up over the next 23 days to get you all in the Christmassy mood.

Today we’ll be kicking off with a Christmas bucket list. As I’m living in a completely new place this year, there are lots of places I want to visit and lots of things I want to do.

Hyde Park Winter Wonderland

Jaz and I try to get to Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park every year and this year we’ll be going on the 4th December with some friends. I’m super excited to go again, to see the Magical Ice Kingdom, browse the Christmas markets, have hot chocolate and enjoy the festive season!

Go to the Pantomime

This is something I have done every single year with my Nan and my sister since I was 2 years old. It one of my favourite traditions and I’ll definitely be travelling back to Somerset for it.

Christmas Shop in London

I imagine it’ll be extremely stressful but I really want to experience the hustle and bustle of Christmas shopping in London.

Go Christmas Tree Shopping

Since Jaz’s family have, shockingly, never had a real tree I’d like to take them all Christmas tree shopping to pick one out.

Discover New Christmas Movies

I love re-watching all my favourite Christmas movies every year, but I also love discovering new ones that get me feeling all cosy and festive too!

Visit New Christmas Markets

There are quite a few Christmas markets around Essex that I’d like to go to, including The German Market at Meadow Croft Garden Centre.

See the London Christmas lights

Oxford Street, Bond Street, Covent Garden and Regent street all look incredible at Christmas and I’d love to see them all!

Go to a Christmas Light Switch On

These are always fun and gets everyone in a festive mood!

Visit London Zoo

From November to January London Zoo have a beautiful Christmas light trail with singing trees and a Christmas village. It sounds amazing so I definitely want to try and go this year.

Taste Test Many Festive Hot Chocolates!

You can never have too many hot chocolates during the festive season!

That’s everything on my Christmas bucket list this year! Let me know in the comments what’s on your festive bucket list.

I hope you all enjoyed the first Blogmas 2019 post. If you want to follow my Blogmas posts this year make sure you subscribe to my blog. You can also follow me on Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest. Thanks for reading!
