This year I plan on sprucing up my house with some new autumn homeware! There are a few things I’ve had my eye on recently that would all add a cosy, homely touch so of course, I’ve made a wishlist.
How adorable is the bedding? I’ve been really wanting a new autumnal/Halloween duvet and this is ideal! It’s reversible too which I really like and it’s only £12 from George. I think this would look really effective in my room, especially with the fairy lights around my bed and will give it an instant cosy vibe.
I have several throws already but I loved the checked pattern of this one. It’d be great for both autumn and Christmas and the fluffy, fleece underside will make it extra cosy. Just like the M&S description states, it really would be ideal for curling up under with a book on a rainy, autumnal day.
I love the look of this lamp. I know I’m probably overusing the word ‘cosy’, but it really would make the living room super cosy! It’s such a unique design and would make a great centrepiece on our glass coffee table.
An autumn wreath has been on my homeware wishlist for as long as I can remember! Since I do still live at home with my mother and she doesn’t want an autumn wreath I will have to keep on waiting until I finally get my own place. This will be one of the first things I buy when I move out, I think it’ll bring such a festive feel to the home.
Honestly, I am loving the idea of mustard this season and would like to incorporate more of it at home. I think these two cushions would look really cute on my bed to tie the room together. Plus they are feather cushions with a knitted finish so they’d be really soft and comfortable.
I love this cushion so much! It’s adorable and would look great as a middle, feature cushion between the two mustard ones on my bed.
I have no idea what I’d put in these, honestly, they seem pretty pointless but they’re so cute! I figured I could have them on my bedroom windowsill or on our side table in the living room as a little autumnal decoration.
How cute is this snowglobe?! I’ve been looking for a Halloween snowglobe for years but none ever spoke to me. I didn’t like the overly gothic skull ones which are all I could ever find. This cutsey pumpkin and ghost snowglobe is exactly what I’d want. Again I’d probably put this in the living room on the glass coffee table.
I know tea towels seem like a boring thing to buy but I really want them! When my fiance and I were in Wales back in September for his birthday we visited Barry Island and I picked up a Gavin and Stacey themed tea towel which I loved and now I want more…wow I’m old haha. These pumpkin ones are adorable though, there’s no denying that!
That’s everything on my homeware wishlist this year. Let me know in the comments what you think I should get! Do you decorate for autumn this year?
