Birthday Wishlist

My 26th birthday is just over 2 weeks away and I’m so excited! I still get just as excited for them as I did when I was a child. It always feels really special and I always have a great day so what’s not to love?! My birthday is on a Monday this year so on the Friday before I’ll be going to London and that’s all I know haha. Jaz has planned the entire day/night and isn’t telling me a thing.

On my actual birthday, I’m planning on having a classic kids birthday party. There’ll be games such as pass the parcel, musical statues and pin the tail on the donkey, or in my case pin the fin on the dolphin (dolphins have always been my favourite animal and that was the game my mum made for my birthday when I was little haha). There’ll also be classic birthday party food including the iconic party rings, sausage rolls, mini sandwiches and crisps and everyone will go home with a party bag. It may sound weird to be having a child’s birthday party but I literally can’t wait haha.

My family have been asking for a list of what I want this year and I thought it’d be fun to share this birthday wishlist on my blog too. There’s quite a lot on this list which usually gets thrown over to Christmas. Obviously, I do not expect or receive all of it, it’s just to give people ideas. I always appreciate it when people give me a super long list as it makes things so much easier and gives me a starting point. A lot of the time we only get one maybe two things from each other’s list and then buy things we think the other person would like based off that list to make it more of a surprise.

Lush Christmas Products

I ask for products from the Lush Chrismas range every year. It’s really handy having a birthday close to Christmas and this range just so happens to be my favourite. They have some really fantastic products this year so I’ll be happy with anything from there but I especially want the 1kg Snow Fairy!

Harry Potter World Tickets

I went to the Harry Potter Warner Bros Studio Tour a couple years ago during Christmastime where they were doing the Hogwarts in the Snow and loved it! Since then they’ve added the Forbidden Forest so I’d love to go again to see that.

Urban Decay Backtalk Palette

I hadn’t really been that fussed about this palette until I saw it in store. I really loved all the colours and thought it was a handy palette to have as it has both eyeshadow, blushers and highlighters. It’s really pretty and I’m in desperate need of some new blushers so I’d definitely like to try this.

Gift cards

Gift cards always seem like a really boring gift to buy but I love receiving them. I’ve asked for gift cards from John Lewis, Debenhams, Waterstones, Charlotte Tilbury, Lush, Oasis and Caffe Nero. I have quite the obsession with Caffe Nero and last year almost everyone in my family bought me a gift card for it which I’ve only just finished using. Basically had free hot chocolate from there all year haha it was great!

Matilda Tickets

I love going to the Theatre and wish I lived closer to London so I could go more often. I’ve wanted to see Matilda for a while now. It’s such a childhood classic and from what I’ve heard it sounds really funny so that would be a great day out!

Ugly Betty Box set

For the past few months I’ve been in the mood to re-watch Ugly Betty but I can’ find it anywhere! It’s not on Netflix or Sky so I thought it’d be a great thing to ask for the box set for my birthday.

Urban Decay Naked Cherry Palette

This palette looks absolutely stunning! I held off buying this when it came out and decided to add it to my birthday list instead. I love the colours and the shimmers look beautiful, the packaging is also very pretty. It looks like a great palette for autumn!

Piglet Toy

I saw Christopher Robin in the cinema a couple months ago and loved it! Growing up Piglet was always my favourite, he was so cute and shy and I always related to him. I longed to just give him a big hug! He was so adorable in the movie I wanted to cry so I really want the official toy.

Juvias Place Masquerade Palette

Juvia’s Place eyeshadow palettes are amazing! I own two and love them both so much. They’re insanely pigmented, the colours are stunning and they’re really easy to apply. The Masquerade Palette is the one I want to try next as it has a good mix of shades and I think I could create some really fun looks with it.

Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Blusher

As I said earlier I’m in the need of a new blusher and I really like the look of the new Pillow Talk Blusher. It’s a dusty pink with a champagne shimmer in the centre that looks so pretty! I have the Pillow Talk lipstick and would love to have the blusher to match, I’ve also never tried a Charlotte Tilbury blusher before so this would really be a treat.

Ted Baker Alexiis Bag

We all should know by now I have a bit of a Ted Baker obsession. I used to own the most beautiful bag from them which I adored. It was such good quality, a really good size for me and looked amazing! Unfortunately, the handles started to break and I haven’t got around to fixing them yet as it’s quite a hassle to do so. I’ve been seeing this particular bag around for a while and desperately want it! The handles look a lot sturdier then my current one which is good and I love the shape and style of it.

I am a self-confessed chocoholic and always ask for it for my birthday. I’ve been wanting one of the Hotel Chocolat Slabs as a very indulgent treat, I love their Rocky Road mini slabs and want to try the giant one! I’d also like some of the Cookies and Cream chocolate bars from Lindt, they’re so good and fairly small so I don’t feel guilty eating one. Or just a lifetime supply of my favourite Milky Bar Buttons will do haha.

That’s everything on my list! As I said earlier I don’t expect or receive all of it and a lot of it goes on my Christmas list too. I am very excited and feel like 26 will be a really great year! I’m extremely curious to what Jaz has planned, he’s done very well with not dropping any hints and keeping everything top secret. I really have no clue haha. I’m also looking forward to the classic kids birthday party, it’s going to be so much fun.

I hope you all enjoyed this post. If you wanted to give me an early birthday present you can always subscribe to my blog! I’d love to have you here. Thanks for reading!
