Every year I tell myself I don’t need a new coat and every year I somehow end up buying one anyway. This year is no exception, I’ve been browsing online and in-store for the perfect A/W coat and have fallen in love with so many. So, here is my current coat wishlist, let me know in the comments which one you think I should splash out on!
Ted Baker Blarnch Scallop Trim Wool Swing Coat – £329
I am in love with this coat! I first saw this coat in early September and was completely drawn in by how vibrant it was. After trying it on I knew I needed it! It’s made from a wool-cashmere blend so it feels really lovely and I adore the scallop detailing. It’s such an elegant, feminine style coat and it’s definitely the one I want most on this list.
Oasis Angelique Princess Coat – £88
This is such a pretty coat. The pale pink colour is beautiful and the princess style where it’s nipped in at the waist would be really flattering. I also really like the cute collar and the buttons and think it’d look so classy. It’s hard to believe this coat is only £88, especially knowing how good the quality of Oasis clothes is like.
Gloverall Exclusive Cape Duffle in Tartan – £330
I’ve wanted a cape for the longest time and this one looks so cute and cosy. Fully lined and made from 80% wool this will definitely keep you warm. I really love the navy and red check and think it’d be just a nice, casual coat to throw on and head into town or work with.
Balmain Double-Breasted Wool and Cashmere-Blend Jacket – £2,350.00
So this coat is a little on the pricey side haha but it is stunning! Made from 90% wool and 10% cashmere it’s sure to feel as luxurious as it looks. The gold-toned buttons are beautiful and really gives it a little extra something special. I love the classic design, it’d be a dream to own this coat.
Ted Baker Sandra Midi Wool Wrap Coat – £329
Yes, it’s another Ted Baker coat on the list. I would find it so difficult to choose a colour in this coat and they’re all so gorgeous, the picture above shows my tops 4 favourite colours. Again this coat is so classy and gives off that really effortless style. The gold detailing is really pretty and I love that the fastening is magnetic. Let me know in the comments which colour you’d choose.
Miss Selfridge Pink Teddy Coat – £59
I didn’t jump on the teddy coat trend right away, I remember last year they were all anyone wanted and I just wasn’t into it. However after seeing more of them this year and how cosy they are I really want one now! This one from Miss Selfridge looks so soft and I really like the soft pink tone to it. I feel like it’d be one that I’d just live in all winter.
Burberry Kensington Wool and Cashmere-Blend Coat – £1,195.00
I have dreamed of owning a classic Burberry coat since I was a teenager and one day I will have one! I always wanted the iconic trench coat but this, shorter, modern version is really calling me. It’s such a timeless piece that would be a wardrobe staple for years!
